The trip was amazing. I was particularly happy about our Kenya-Experience Guide Emmanuel Mramba. I’ve had previous experience with guides, among others in Tanzania, where I was very happy as well. However this time, his care and support were outstanding: friendliness, punctuality, zoological and botanical as well as ethnological knowledge and his tireless efforts to fulfil all our wishes.

His local knowledge is very good, and he knows exactly where to find the animals we were looking for. He has great knowledge about all animals and plants and also about the country and its people. While he is very polite and modest, he is also very friendly and has a great sense of humour. I did multiple trips with guides in the past, and most of them did great work… However, this time my expectations were exceeded. Emmanuel speaks German and English without any problems.

The organisation and planning of the trip were flawless. Overnighting at Lake Naivasha was understandable due to the long distances and certainly worth a stop. I was very impressed by the Masai Mara and the fact that we stayed one more night than on any other trip I saw online. That’s why I had decided to do this trip in particular.

Of course, it is a lot of money. However, the safari vehicle, the outstanding guide, the mostly very well located and great lodges as well as the extensive game drives are worth the money. I felt very well taken care of by the travel agency in Germany as well as the operator in Kenya.
