To be gifted with such an experience in such a short time is all thanks to you. We never thought we would experience so much adventure, relaxation and magic in only 1.5 days.
The flights were uncomplicated and short. On arrival in the Masai Mara we were overwhelmed by the savannah, after all our plane had landed right in the middle of it. Albert, our guide was an excellent companion. It’s unbelievable how knowledgeable he is and how much he shared with us in such a kind and unobtrusive way.
Believe it or not, we saw a great number of animals in the short time available to us; we were either very lucky or it was thanks to Albert the animal whisperer 😉
For hours, we were able to watch a family of lions at close range which had just eaten a buffalo, hyenas which feasted on the remains, elephants, giraffes, hippos, antelopes, zebras and even a cheetah we met twice. You really can’t ask for more! The play of light at sunset and sunrise takes your breath away. An absolute highlight was the breakfast picnic. An unbelievable experience that we never want to miss.
The Bush Camp exceeded all our expectations! Everything is so lovingly prepared and maintained. Our tent was fantastically beautiful. We would have preferred to not sleep at all, so that we could consciously enjoy every second of this luxury – like the sounds of the animal world (we were right next to the hippos). Everything was taken care of, even our mattress was preheated at night. The food was extremely tasty and well prepared. The staff was charming, the service excellent. The fact that it is eco-friendly as well, more than impressed us. We were so happy with everything and promised to return to the exact same place and camp.
