I have travelled with Africa-Experience before to Namibia.

Travelled with my sister on a three-week private tour through Kenya. The entire trip was amazing and professionally managed from start to finish—from the initial itinerary planning and booking process through to the delivery of the tour itself. Everything was seamless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Arno was our travel consultant who helped plan/refine our travel itinerary for Kenya. He provided excellent advice and made thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our overall experience. He always responded promptly to our numerous questions in a professional and friendly manner, and he also took the time to hold several video calls to walk us through our itinerary and address any concerns we had. We really appreciated his knowledge, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service, which gave us confidence throughout the planning process.

For a three-week private tour with a guide/driver, we felt it offered fair value for money. The accommodation and food at all the lodges we stayed at were of a high standard.

Mindu was a very professional, respectful, and exceptionally patient guide. The welfare of the wildlife was always his top priority, and he consistently demonstrated the highest ethical standards, which we greatly appreciated. He was always punctual, kept the vehicle spotless, and made our experience both enjoyable and memorable. Would highly recommend Mindu to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, ethical and passionate wildlife guide.

The itinerary covered all the iconic destinations, including the Masai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, while also incorporating several private conservancies such as Buffalo Springs, Ol Pejeta and Lumo. It was a well-considered and well-balanced itinerary, with a strong focus on wildlife. The three-week duration allowed us to spend three or four nights at several of the lodges, which was ideal, as some of the travel days between destinations were quite long.

The accommodation at every lodge we stayed in was of a very high standard. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious meal options to choose from. The staff at each lodge were friendly, helpful, and contributed to making our overall experience truly memorable. We would happily return to stay at any of these lodges again in the future.

We stayed at Karen Gables in Nairobi for three nights—two at the beginning of our tour and one at the end. Its location was perfect for visiting attractions such as Nairobi National Park, the Kazuri Beads Factory, and the Utamaduni Craft Centre.

It was lovely to relax and unwind in the large gardens, especially after travelling for more than 30 hours from Australia. The accommodation, food, and staff were all outstanding, making Karen Gables the perfect place to begin and end our time in Kenya.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kenya. We had an amazing and unforgettable holiday, thanks to both Arno and Mindu. This was the second time I have travelled with Africa-Experience, and on both occasions the trips have been outstanding and have exceeded my expectations.

I would definitely recommend Kenya-Experience and Africa-Experience to others. In fact, I’ve already shared the company’s details with several friends. My husband and I are planning to book another tour with the company next year.
